Clube de Palma (“Club”), a distinguished private membership facility, is proudly owned and developed by Goan Real Estate & Construction Private Limited (collectively referred to hereinafter as “GRECPL”, “Company”, “our”, “us” or “we”), a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1913, with registered address as Dynamix House, Yashodham, General A. K. Vaidya Marg, Goregaon (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400063. The Club is an integral part of a premier hospitality complex situated in the idyllic environs of a secluded hillside by the Bambolim Beach.

The Club is committed to offering a world-class experience to its members, providing exclusive services and privileges through its extensive range of facilities. The services are accessible to duly registered members.

This privacy policy describes how GRECPL and its affiliates collect, use, share, or otherwise process the personal information of users and Club members (“you”  or “your”) collected through Club activities, our website https://dynamixclubedepalma.co.in/, and the corresponding ‘Club De Palma App’ mobile and tablet applications (collectively referred to as the “Platforms”). By becoming a Club member, using our Platforms, providing personal information to the Club or the Company, or interacting with us through any other means, such as membership applications, emails, or other communications, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as outlined in this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

In addition to these, the we will constantly evolve to meet the needs and interests of our esteemed members and will have the right to update this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Club’s services or Platforms after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

1.2   To promote these services and enhance the user experience, the Club operates its Platforms , which are accessible for informational and engagement purposes.

1.3   By using the Club’s services, visiting its Platforms, or providing any personal information to the Company, you confirm your consent to this Privacy Policy and affirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Further, you may also be separately governed by the policies and terms and conditions of the third-party services you decide to interact with.

    • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of our customers/members or any third party.
